Whether you're brand new to the reformer or have been practicing for years, sessions are tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

Together we'll work on movement, nutrition, accountability, and all the little daily decisions that add up to a life that feels really good. I'll be in your corner every step of the way.

This is the whole picture. If you've ever felt like you were working on your body in one place and your mindset somewhere else, I get it! This is where it all comes together. The Signature Wellness package pairs weekly Pilates sessions with one-on-one coaching time, so your movement and your mindset are building each other up at the same time. It's the most complete way to work together, and honestly? It's where I see the biggest transformations.

  • For Pilates, single sessions are 50 minutes at $110. If you want to commit to a rhythm, packages bring that down — 5 sessions for $525 ($105/session) or 10 sessions for $1,000 ($100/session).

    For Health & Wellness Coaching, we start with a 50-minute initial session at $75 so we can get to know each other and map out a plan. From there, ongoing coaching is available in two packages:
    Core Coaching (50 min. weekly session) at $260/month, or Light Coaching (30 min. weekly session) at $200/month.
