I didn't always have this figured out.

For a long time I was searching — for purpose, for consistency, for something that felt like mine. I tried the quick fixes, the all-or-nothing approaches, the programs that promised results if I just followed the plan perfectly. And like a lot of people, I'd do great for a while and then completely fall off.

What changed everything wasn't a specific workout or a perfect diet. It was the moment I stopped trying to be someone else's version of healthy and started building something that actually fit my life. Fitness became less about punishment and more about what my body could do. Wellness stopped feeling like a chore and started feeling like something I genuinely looked forward to.
